Pre-registrants may pick up their symposium packet quickly and easily at the registration desk.
Note: Students who present an acceptable poster will have their conference fee refunded. In addition, there are a limited number of partial student travel subsidies available. Interested students should email Scott Sherer their requests with a brief statement of justification to be considered for funds. Funds for registration and travel subsidies will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis as they are available. The amount of funds available will be made known closer to the symposium, and documentation of travel expenses in the form of photocopied receipts must be submitted after the symposium in order to receive funds.
