If you are experiencing symptoms of Covid or not
feeling well, please do not attend DCASS.
Sinclair request that all DCASS attendees utilize the underground
parking garage of the Ponitz Center, and not use any of the other
parking lots or spots on campus. The entrance to the underground
parking for the Ponitz Center is located on West Fourth St.
and is free for DCASS attendees.
Please note that DCASS will be held unless a Level 3 Snow Emergency is issued for Montgomery County, regardless of Sinclair Community College and/or WPAFB being closed. If in doubt, please check the DCASS home page for updates and/or delays/cancellations the day of the event.
The 50th DCASS will be held in "The Birthplace of Aviation". Once home to the Wright Brothers and in close proximity to the National Museum of the United States Air Force, the National Aviation Hall of Fame, the Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historical Park and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton is intensely proud of its role in aviation's past, present, and future.
The Dayton area is served by the Dayton International Airport (DAY), located approximatelty 22 miles from the Wyndam Garden Dayton South hotel. For those with rental cars, there are two other airports within reasonable driving distance: Port Columbus International Airport (CMH) is located 90 miles from the venue hotel and Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) is located 60 miles from Dayton. Free parking for this event is available in the underground parking garage under the Sinclair Ponitz Conference Center. To access the parking garage from West Third St., turn right onto South Perry St. (just past the Ponitz Center, Bldg. 12), then turn right again onto West Fourth St. (stay in the right lane). The entrance to the parking garage will be on your right. Before leaving DCASS, be sure to pick up a parking voucher at the registration desk.
